Need to return your new belt? We are here to help!
At Muscle Hoodies, customer satisfaction is our top priority! We are excited to offer free returns on all purchases within the United States.
Return Policy:
• Original shipping is not refunded.
• Items must be returned within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date.
• Items eligible for return must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
• We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
 
To start your return, please follow the steps below:
• Email help@musclehoodies.online
• Send us your order number and zip/postal code (order number can be found in the order confirmation email, and the zip/postal code is the one associated with your shipping address) and a picture of the item and we’ll send back a slip.
• You can return your item by shipping through your local post office.


Defective/Faulty Item received: We are so sorry you received an item with a factory defect! Please email help@musclehoodies.online about the item as soon as you can and be sure to include:
• Name
• Order number
• A clear picture of the item with the defect
No need to sweat about sending this item back to us, please keep this item until you receive an email reply from our customer support team!


Lost packages: We're sorry to hear you haven't received your Muscle Hoodies Gear! Please email help@musclehoodies.online about your missing order, and we will set you up with a replacement.

*We do not offer refunds for lost packages.
International order: Unfortunately, at this time we are not offering returns or exchanges for international orders. We are working on making this possible but for now, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
